You pretty much right the the roman numeral just stands for what note they are playing in the scale, e.g V=5; this song is in F# so the 5th chord would be a C# so in the end V=C# and with the lower case is a minor, it seems that way in the video but either way the 2(ii) 3(iii) 6(vi) of any keys are minor chords
Supercool, it's referring to the chord being played. It's shown in roman numerals, so V would be the fifth of the root and such. Sorry if that doesn't make much sense, but I'm not huge on music theory myself. I believe if it's lower case it means it's a minor chord too, but don't quote me on that
When I play this song, first off I play without capo higher up the neck. Easier hand positioning. I use Visual Sound double trouble with the OD gain way down and a Visual Sound Double tap delay. I play a Charvel DS2 and use the neck pickup.
yep your are right totally right :) i Put down the key of the song i was going through at that point, either way still same theroy no matter what key :)
There could be two things... Either he is using one finger on the string in the same key but a certain note i.e. V = 5th note IV = 4 note... or he is doing a chord i.e. In the key of A he's doing III which equals a C chord...
this sounds sooooooooo good!
One of my favorite songs to play....
This is the exact instrumental part I was looking for, thank you! :D
Dios sea engradecido a través de la alabanza digno mi padre eres tu
This song is in Dm 6/8 at Tempo of 51. I play it all the time on my keyboard....
This sound takes me back to the creator God

This is done in a variation of the Nashville numbers system, tab gets a bad rap on the internet and is usually not correct anyway.
what do the letters mean?
numbering i suppose?
luis carlos neria arroyo Chords
They're chords in numeral form so you can use them in any key.
what type of chords are these???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
F
They are chord patterns (using roman numerals to describe chords)
Nathan Dsouza yes I know, but what type of chords is he using? What are the fingerings?

Make that 12 (I liked it)
Or 13 I thought it would be timon Klein
This being described as a tutorial would have been more a tutorial if it had been tabbed instead of just watching you play. The hillsong video is in F
But it doesn't say tutorial anywhere haha
