I’m not sure- Kun’s lives are always long and take forever to sub, so reply to this comment if you’d like to get notified when subs are done. please keep in mind that it’s NCT 2020 comeback season and I moderate the WayV subreddit, am on the translation team, and I have classes and jobs to take care of. for context, the recent eight minute interview took me 2-4 hours total to time, translate, and proofread. lives aren’t edited or compressed, so it takes less time per minute, but it’s still a heavy workload (you might’ve noticed that I sub all the filler words and random dialogue, along with providing explanations for references in an effort to help language learners and give context to the cultural nuances!) if you’re impatient and just want to know what went on, we live-subbed this over at r/NCTranslations (link in description box), so check that out in the meantime :) one of my goals in my translating journey is to connect fans from around the globe with WayV, but also to educate those who may not be familiar in certain aspects of East Asian culture and hopefully instill an urge to learn more! so please pray for my soul and sleep schedule as I try to guarantee quality and timeliness at the same time.
