Retinol :- convert into acid Retinoic acid in 2 steps and works slower than retinal and it can irritate dry and sensitive skin , and long purging period
- both of these anti aging ingredient are very similar and these formula are gentle and formulated for everyday use but we can ignore it if we have dry and very sensitive skin because it can irritate our skin and destroy our skin barrier but if we have dry and sensitive skin we can easily use Retinal but before use we how to do patch test

Mam I am 40.. I have a oily skin.. I started using routine after I watch your videos. Actually I will clean my face with a salycilic acid face wash then niacinamide, cerave moisturiser and then atlas sunscreen. But after doing only this I notice I am having some irritation on my skin and started small pimples. At night I have cleaned my face with same face wash.. Vit c serum and olay regenerist moisturiser.
