Valorant is a super fun game. However, you need to accept that not every match is winable no matter how many kills you get, and when in ranked you're reward for winning ultimately is more fierce and sweaty competition. So try to enjoy the game as you play it when you're feeling that tilt know it's time for a short break even if it's 3 minutes of anything else. Come back not focused on winning but on enjoying yourself and the great feel when you pop that head from a well practiced flick :)

You could do a knife tournament, finding out which ranks are the best knifers. First start with iron vs bronze. Then the winner moves on against silver etc. The entire team knives, and swift play gameplay. Chamber not allowed

A day shift diamond is a night shift plat. I work rotating shifts which makes it strange, one week I'm kicking ass and the next I'm struggling to have positive impact. I've been near universally been supported in chat that I am not at am alone in this hypothesis! The 8am-1pm crowd is boosted, 2-8pm crowd is toxic and the 8pm-8am crowd is cracked out. No joke, I go from Smurf allegations to near bottom frag.
