Thanks for the feedback! We are currently running a 2.5” budget boost, on 35’s. We’ve been able to run the majority of Crown Trails in Central Ontario with this setup.
When/where could i find out about these trail drives in 2022? I have been dying to find some fun trails and other like minded 4x4's to go and have some fun with. My truck hasnt seen any real 4x4 for many years and its driving me nuts.
Hello Jack! Apologies for the delayed response. Your best bet is to join up with local Clubs in your area, such as COORJC, Durham 4x4, Kawartha Krawlers, Muskoka Offroad Jeep Club, 705 Jeeps, to name a few in Central Ontario. Our parent Organization is called “OF4WD”, they are the Federation who works on our behalf to manage Trail Systems in Ontario, and they offer several planned Events throughout the year for recognized Members. Our Crown Land Trail systems typically open on May 1st every Spring. Your best bet for Private Trails, year-round, is the Minden Offroad Park located in Minden Ontario, amazing owners, and lodging is available on site. Hope this info helps! 👍🏼
I know you guys did this last August and it looked pretty wet in spots. I also noticed some pretty good rock crawling. So my question is, were you guys on the main trail? I heard the main trail is a 2 out of 5 difficulty wise. Some of the stuff you were in looks a bit more difficult. I have a bone stock Gladiator Rubicon. It's only on 33s and has a pretty long wheelbase. I think I'd be in trouble considering some of the spots you showed in your video. I'm also wondering if it would be super wet this time of year.
Hey Kevin, the main Trail down Concession is rated at 3 to 3+ (depending on water levels). Once you’re on the Trail, that’s it, there’s no alternate routes, we ran it from South to North this time. There is one fork in the Trail, near the South end, that veers off to the left, which is called ‘Old Logging Trail’, that Trail is rated a 2. Some of the big rock obstacles you see here, do have bypasses, you don’t have to go through them. A Gladiator on 33’s can run this Trail with the right spotter/guide.
@@GuardianGrove The Trail Boss is a sweet rig, and also a bit large for some spots on this Trail. It can be tight. I’ve seen the full-size Trucks go through here, but expect some pinstriping and possible body damage. Some of the rockcrawling you see here are “offshoots” that we chose to play on, you don’t need to run through every Rock obstacle that you see in this video. You should connect with a local Offroad group, and always go with an experienced Guide/spotter 👍🏼
@@souperwulf Thanks for the info. Looking at either adding a ZR2 or maybe one of those new Nissan Frontier's to the mix soon. Something a bit smaller for when I need it!
Yes... Go with an experienced Trail Guide and you’ll be fine. If it’s bone stock, expect some body damage, but choosing the right line and trusting your spotter will get you through.
@@souperwulf Thanks I went out there like 2 or 3 days before you left a answer for me. It was fun my second time riding a bike and i did some of the trail i went as far as the second sign that says slow down and then you go down a little hill i turned back cause i did not know this trail did not go in a circle. i would say this trail is for people who have more experience with riding a bike.
Thanks! Wheeling with Friends, it was a combination of Folks from Essex County Jeep Club, COORJC, Jeep Kings, Windsor Jeep Club, and LAJOC! Check out COORJC for weekly runs down this Trail 👍🏼
555 rebellion but u can stay on the path instead clean, small, efficient, quiet, EV thru the air. SUVs modern station wagon more tuff & rugged ie family able approved, & that goes off path/road some times & takes diff direction same times.
they find the weak pnts so real world u can drive in ice & snow driving & any thing else thru field or along the way, even across France or island sand.

Looking at the area for my Silverado Trail Boss too. Looks like I would need some bigger tires than the stock 32" Duratracs lol

@@GuardianGrove Hey.
I have a Trail Boss too.
Have you ever tried this trail?
could you please guide me with a Map to this trail
Nice, did this trail last summer in my liberty \m/
Your hi lift mounts turn brown too huh? Just painted mine, couldn't stand it anymore haha
Yup lol, the Sun took the paint off after about a year,.. I kinda like it. I think those mounts are aluminum so I’m just leave it 👍🏼
Another great video. Hopefully I'll get to go wheeling with you guys again soon.
Dave Murray Thanks Dave! I really appreciate that. And yes, we hope to see you again soon 👍🏼
Can a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4X4 OFFROAD do these kind of trails?
Yes... Go with an experienced Trail Guide and you’ll be fine. If it’s bone stock, expect some body damage, but choosing the right line and trusting your spotter will get you through.
@@souperwulf Good news.
Now just get some practice for me.
I guess it will be needed to rise my truck...2" at least.
@13432 2dkti3 Winch installed with a steel bumper a few weeks ago.
It is a MUST for serious off roading.
can you take your dirt bike on these trails?
Yes absolutely, during the Offroad Season (May 1st-December 1st). During the winter months the Trails are used by the OFSC 👍🏼
