I just wanted to say thank you for posting this. As a single mom, being able to save money and time by replacing my bulbs myself is really great. The walk through helps so much. Thank you!!
Thank you so much. This video will save me a little time. and yes a friend of mine texted me to let me know one of my break lights were out. ( 3 hours later my driver side was really stuck on I could not get enough torque power so I had to unbolt the the casing so I could get a strong grip to twist it off)
I have a 2015 forte. The tail light works but the brake light doesn't.... doesn't that mean it's a separate bulb from the tail light? Lol sorry if its a dumb question
Mine do not click back in. I have two bulbs that came out right after putting them in and tested and did work. Any ideas? I can’t get them to click in!
Thank you so much video was very helpful. As well as accurate. Just changed both of them at the same time. Which was recommended to me. Since one one out the other probably would be going out soon. Makes sense to change both at the same time. Thank you for taking the time out to make this video God bless Godspeed.
i believe they are the same. it could be the bulb and if i remember correctly those cars are notorious for bad sockets. there is also a switch that activates it attached to your brake pedal
Hi I'm having trouble twisting the part that has the bulb in where the light is housed. I've tried turning it to take out the bulb but no luck. I don't want to break anything but any advice?
What if we tried to take the bulb out and the bulb broke and the silver piece is stuck and tried getting it out with pliers where can I buy the grey thing
This is kind of a late response, but contact any Kia Dealership parts department and explain your issue and they should be able to get you a replacement part :) I just had to replace the socket for the front right turn signal, cost about $22 from my local Kia Dealership
Your video was very informative but you are wrong as hell, push and pull my ass. Whoever designed this for Kia should be kicked in the butt. It is horrible. But again thank you your videos helped me through my frustration!

Finally a normal video explaining how and where to find the bulb thank you
I'm about to head out to buy a 2 pack of the Sylvania 2357 bulbs to change my tail lights. Thank you for the simple, informative video!
Solid video brother thank you for the clear and concise explanation 👌🏻
Thank you so much! I’m trying to fix my own car and you helped me a lot

Thank you so much for posting this!
Is it roughly the same process on a 2017?
Very good video that work perfect for myself
Hm the light still doesnt turn on. What do you suggest the problem is if the bulb is changed, and is a new bulb and still doesnt turn on
Fuse
It could also be the light socket
I have a 2013 Kia Forte. The running light works but the brake light doesn’t. Aren’t the the same bulb? Could there be a problem with the socket?
