We needed the Joe Biden from the State of the Union at the debate. Unfortunately, that's not the Joe Biden we got. That being said, I'm not going to abandon him over one bad debate. I don't think anything that happened at the debate has changed much. We already knew that Joe Biden is old, and that Donald Trump is evil, crazy, and a liar. The fact that so many are now calling for Joe Biden to step aside shows that the phrase "Democrats fall in love; Republicans fall in line" is true. Democrats want the perfect candidate and are too willing to abandon their candidate. In this case, Democrats and people on the left need to take a page out of the Republicans' book and fall in line behind Joe Biden. If what happened to Joe Biden had happened to Donald Trump, Donald Trump would be saying he won the debate and that it was the best debate ever for him. And then Republicans would fall in line. Joe Biden can still bring the fire like the speech in North Carolina and I'm still behind him!
The fact that it was won and lost before it ever took place is precisely the problem. People have long since made up their mind based solely on partisan allegiances rather than issues and debate. This is a battle of two rival political cults, not an election.

This is the video where CNN tries to tell you the worst debate in history wasn't their fault. The format should have been a blessing but when you try to shove too much content into too little time it fails. CNN gives more air time to commercial breaks than to responses to extremely complex topics. Had they reduced the questions by half there would have been a clear understanding of how each candidate stood on an issue, instead it was a convicted felon with zero policy saying border, illegals, mental hospital, prison, abortion after birth...How many times did the moderators ask the felon if he wanted to actually answer the question instead of fear-mongering? Where was Jake Tapper the CNN Anchor who broke the General Kelly truth about the felon's "losers and suckers" comment? The felon tested the moderators up front and then lied for the remainder of the debate unchecked. CNN gets an F.
