The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Festival, is a traditional Chinese holiday that occurs on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar, usually in June. The festival has a history of over 2,000 years and is celebrated to honor the ancient Chinese poet Qu Yuan.
