All the times I’ve watched this movie and this is the first time I’ve noticed all the Grievers left the glade as soon as they got Alby. Alby who had just remembered everything.

Some knowledge from the books: WCKD controlled Chuck's action at the end and made him purposely cover Thomas from Gally's gunshot, only in order to make Thomas feel more guilty - in stressful situations and harsh environments in fact, antibodies against the virus (=the Flare) strengthen. fun facts: many of the kids were named after great figures, like scientists and Nobel Prize winners of our time - Isaac Newton/ Newt, Thomas Edison/ Thomas, Albert Einstein/ Alby, Galileo Galilei/ Gally, Mother Theresa/ Teresa, etc. also, James Dashner - the writer of the books who did a cameo as one of the chairman around the table at the end - is a big fan of Lord of the Flies: he always said he drew inspiration from it for making some of the Gladers characters and the Glade's atmosphere 🔥
On the wall, when Thomas reads the names, and one scratched out says ‘George’ - he is the brother of a girl in another Maze, who’s in The Scorch Trials, called Brenda.
Didn’t in the books he died cause he got infected and the cure didn’t work and Thomas got mad but how he really died was get smacked in the head by Alby
Great reaction 💚 this is a timeless and pretty underrated trilogy. Criticism about the last two movies comes mainly from disappointed readers who didn't like the changes, and missed the richness of the plot in the books. Leaving out this, the movies are thrilling & enjoyable (the 2nd one is especially fast-paced), well-acted, and you'll see how they managed to put forward interesting moral questions. 100% react to the the last two!!
It didn’t think the griever was back. The thing scanned them and could tell it wasn’t a griever which is why everything started getting destroyed. The concrete doesn’t normally get broken when a griever returns

Just sayin’: Mair’s mannerisms remind me of Rico from the TH-cam channel, “Rico Reacts”.😅 The actor that plays Thomas was such a fantastic FRANTIC 🏃RUNNER! No matter how many times I watch these movies I get antsy whenever he runs the maze. Thomas and Minho are my guys, bump Teresa. 😏 The books, obviously, have a lot more details, but IMO they did cast these movies very well.
The Maze Runner saga is based on the ancient Greek myth Theseus and the Minotaur with a dash of Lord of the Flies. It's a mistake to pay any attention to the ratings.
