Dude, the IT industry is more extensive than you think. It seems you are not aware of the market, where an IT professional has 10 years of experience struggling to transition into the ML, and suddenly a 12th passed guy comes up who has not even taken a degree in this field and claims that he is hunting for an ML job; seriously dude? So what about those aspirants who work so hard to get a platform in this industry? Don't you think posting such content over TH-cam in front of those is nothing but a kind of injustice? Instead, he should create opportunities and open the doors for such aspirants rather than introducing fake people on TH-cam just for views. Dude, This is a business model on TH-cam and nothing else, and every content creator is obsessed with it. So I must say grow up. It's not that easy to impress a person who is such a so-called CEO and running a business, especially in the AI domain
I'm also 12th pass ( passed in 2012 ) and left engineering in 2015, and started working as a freelancer. Later I got a remote job in a US startup in winter 2017. Now I'm a full time remote developer as Cloud Operations Manager and also working on AI/ML projects. I never went to college after that but I enrolled in Online BCA program in MANIPAL JAIPUR.
It's not I am trying to get job for over month but doesn't getting selected even having nice skills and doing dozens of project.so that I have started freelancing and made 2 3 websites for local clients.

Pros: 1) will start earning early and big 2) early bird advantage on new tech stuff, one can jump around and be on top 3) advantage over equally capable - like, his friend who is equally capable but went to college to do B tech and after 21 years he will join industry. by then Izam got 5 year experience and and already 2 or 3 level above him Cons: 1) missed the college life? (is that worth enjoying? of course he missed the community living arts, sports fun ) 2) companies may consider profile while considering for promotions in higher grade (above manager posts), else he need to start his own company so no one care a fish 3) he misses all career paths based on college degree, like masters and above, teaching job, and other jobs that insist degree 4) If one is self-driven they can make up to good extent on these cons. but if they are not, and just jumped to industry because you know ML, tomorrow there may be tool that eliminates the need of ML/AI engineer and then this guy doesn't know any other trade, goes off the track ( this may not happen as it is possible to just start a channel and teach people online or start or join an institute to teach new kids. since our education system is too old for industry, he still gets bandwidth), and matter of fact, those who complete college also doesnt know what they are supposed to know. so , not a big deal. === end of my thinking capacity === please share your thoughts on this.. so after the discussion if its worth skipping college ... then..

He also mentioned that he reads a lot of research paper and implement it. Wait, you should not do that it’s someone else idea and when someone publish the paper he/she already would have done it. Why to reinvent the wheel and waste time?instead find the gap in the paper . I think he should research something new and publish the paper and to do it he should go for phd . Job should not be the stopper for such kind of person

It's not rose bed. You will land a job and the intention of getting a job should be highly intentional psychologically. You will definitely get a job instead of whining here. I'm jobless for the last 1 year and tried nearly 400 companies in different roles and still searching without whining. This is life and we must have the maturity to grow up. If you need to talk to someone, please do that too. At times, we also get burn out.
