Fix frozen Samsung TV Apps

Not helpful as I have done this and rebooted my tv multiple times and Chanel 7 is the only app that freezes every time I use it. I can not even turn the tv off or close the app or do anything for at least 5 mins then it might turn the tv off if I've pressed the button. My tv is only 5 mths old. I have gone through every conceivable issue with Samsung. But thanks for the video
