I was in this meditation on my walk and all of the homes with dogs I passed- they looked at me and could barely bark. Once they caught a sense of my high vibration… they just calmed. 😂

When I tell you I have watched this so many times. When you talked about the brings telling you to be more compassionate. I have struggled with that and I have learned to be more compassionate and accept my imperfection to accept others more. I have spent two years healing, unpacking my trauma. Now I am on the journey of being open to relearning things.

Its like answers to all the questions i didnt even know i had! I especially appreciated the use of the word "Loyal" -to our soul, to truth makes perfect sense! The field of pure awareness ever present even tho the content moves & continiously changes.
The distinction of memory & collecting (re-collecting) energies now...is Huge. I kept trying to use memory & it wasnt working. To re- collect now...is so perfect as it aligns with being present & aware.

An analogy: finding the core of our soul on the healing journey reminds me of 2 of my favourite sculptors, Giacometti and Michelangelo. Giacometti started his sculpture with a thin rod onto which he layered bronze, until he reached the 'essence' of man; Michelangelo started with a huge chunk of marble from which he kept removing pieces until he 'liberated' the person within. Both men were finding the spirit within us all.

Passion (the heart) is meant to lead. Reason (the intellect) is meant to willingly "serve" the heart's passion. We are our heart's "fire"... light... love and feeling. These never die, even when the body dies. As we bring our hearts into our everyday life choices, we begin to expand our field of influence. Humans and other forms of life can "feel" truth, love and Godness as a presence that is detectible and deeply felt by their own heart. Life gravitates towards light, towards love, towards truth. Life is everywhere. Light is being infused into this planet and all it's life forms at this time. This light is exposing what has been in the dark for a very long time. Human consciousness is expanding as a result. It is indeed a great time to be... life!

"Back against the wall", that's where I've found myself when fear takes over - then I say, divine spirit of love, take this burden away and magically a weight is taken off and I'm engulfed in a wonderful sense of peace and contentment and the issue at hand gets disolved. This can be best represented by, say, financial issues - making payment deadlines and other. When I let go it all seems to get resolved!
