The bad trades out there are shocking but what's even more worrying is the absolute disasters that alleged Architects have " DESIGNED " I've lost count of how many doors & windows that were impossible to open because of ridiculous obstructions like built in units of one shape or another or soil stacks etc or buildings that don't even work Brickwork, staircases that are completely illegal and let's not forget most of this rubbish was done on a CAD system that in theory is supposed to be full proof. I once made the mistake of buying one of their new builds. Look okay until you are in and then notice all the faults. Mine wasn't truly freehold either ( a common ploy) not mentioned at point of sale.

4:58 being honest I have no idea what type of floor that is but if it’s like that before they installed they can’t do much to the floor besides possibly grind it. Door obv can’t be cut because it’s glass and metal. Easiest solution would be to change which way the door swing open so that it goes the other way. But just looking at it, looks kinda unprofessional ngl.
