Poke in Palau | Wahoo Poke with Avocado Recipe

I recently went traveling to the amazing country of Palau. This island country East of the Philippines is home to protected marine life, the beautiful rock islands, and Palau's best-kept secret, Udi!
Udi shows us his recipe for Poke Bowls using Wahoo (Ono) fish. Fresh fish is a staple ingredient for Palau and we're determined to have it fresh.
Along with Wahoo, we mix in local organic lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. Coated with soy sauce and sesame oil, and spiced up with togarashi, this will not be a dish you forget. Join us near the beach and learn one of the tastiest fresh fish recipes in the Pacific.
Udi is a Dive Master of Fish N Fins. A fantastic diving and tour center in Koror, Palau owned and operated by his parents Tova and Navot Bornovski. They really made our experience wonderful and I definitely recommend you go dive and adventure with them.
