This is so good!! omfg! Im so stealing this. Thank you. I have heard different elevator pitches but by far my favorite (i didnt like build your story brands Version lol)
I have found it hard explaining what I do as a freelance copywriter, marketing consultant, social media manager, mostly because of the internal conflict and imposter syndrome, but also because I've had the sucky habit of saying yes to too many things. I am making notes from your videos and will hopefully emerge with a clear message that can actually move things forward for me. My current message.... "I’m passionate about sustainability and people. If you're an entrepreneur, innovator, or change-maker looking to utilise authentic copy and the latest digital marketing practices, I'm here to partner with you." Will work on it, thanks for sharing the awesome content!
You'll get there! It's taken me a long time and a lot of evolution. I'm going to do a live QnA in the next 2-3 weeks and can do a deeper dive into this for you :)
@@AlishaConlinHurd how to create a reputation management offer to local service businesses using Facebook ads😂 that’s my current challenge at the moment. We’re a saas agency (white label ghl) the problem is these local businesses don’t have much Google reviews (Australia) and we want to help them turn their customers into positive reviews using our saas. A lot of them giving me the “seen” on messenger 😂🤦🏽♂️
This is lit! So much value, Alisha! Thanks for sharing. To add to this elevator pitch video, how would you approach cold outreach when nothing else is an option? Context: I'm starting my own company and would like to offer my services, I'm just starting out as a solopreneur, but I've been inside the market working for others (and big brands) for ages now. I don't have money to run ads yet, I don't have a digital presence yet, but I don't know the first thing about sales. How and where do I approach people?
The biggest thing it to keep having conversations with your market, test selling offers, and figure out how to solve a bigger problem and provide more value to a clear market. Remember, it's not easy or else everyone would do it! I think this video will help :) th-cam.com/video/XolGXKtnyJE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=MRn-Y4rXTVMKsqpE

Ok awesome, great start! I wonder if we can get more specificity in the language. We call it the "dog whistle"... how does your market describe themselves and their goal? The closer we get to their language, the better :)
Wow! There's actually a lot of things that go into a quick 30 second elevator pitch! Great info! Thank you, Alisha!💪👍😊
Glad to hear! What are your top challenges or questions in your marketing at the moment? I can cover it in a future video :)
