Allison. It all looked very cosy. The Alpine Cow bells we hang all year and I use them to call my sons downstairs eg for dinner 😊. We live in Germany so they are normal in houses here. The Star lights are typical German and Scandinavian Christmas decor. We hang them in Windows because we have long dark Winters. It is fun to see these things becoming popular all around the world. Agree with Brandon... it is the days of the month.. not directly "just" a countdown. In Germany we are given "Fennel Caraway Anise" tea from our midwife, in hospital after the birth, and then at home, to increase/support milk production.

If it doesn't go away after a month, see a doctor just in case you slipped a disc. (I slipped a neck disc when I was 29 and don't even know how it happened. Probably from lifting/wearing a heavy handbag.)
