The housing crisis is caused by the availability of credit. Banks were happy to lend on a house that ballooned to $2M in 2021. Those same banks are not lending on that same house when it falls to $1.5M. Makes no sense.
It’s funny how these people think they can predict something and it’s even funnier that people actually go to them for advice. If you are watching the news and then running to make a video claiming that you are predicting something,it’s a big joke.Predicting would have been calling for this while rate were going up,so your clients would have some benefit from it.And thinking that Central Banks don’t know in advance what is going to happen and that is all planned that way is very childish. And remember, parroting the evening news, doesn’t make you a great analyst, even any kind of analyst.
Just plain stupid they keep playing this yo yo!!! Only bankrupt economies are reduced to one button to tweak up and down, that when you know the machine is broken
@@PrimePropertiesTO they end fast unless the government tries to mess around. If they let things readjust and do what it needs to do could be over before summer
Thank you for the content and market updates. It’s difficult to predict rate cuts. Your analysis is great. We will find out if these cuts were too late by central banks
@@PrimePropertiesTO It is the guy from CBC: About That. (I like Ben Tal - he is very good) I watched About That few months ago .. something about Alberta wanting to have its own CPP(-equivalent) as Quebec does. The guy from CBC (About That) was either very biased or incompetent .. or both ... (and I am not even from Alberta).
I've been investing in Bitcoin by myself. I'm not really happy with what's going on, just few weeks ago I lost about $7,000 in a particular trade. Can you help me out or at least advise me on what to do?

Wish I had more time to prepare for this recession , this is getting ugly really fast.
Question is how long will it last.

They intentionally caused a recession to fight inflation. A soft landing is pretty much impossible everyone knew that.
Got it, so we’re going to see a .5% rate cut 100%.
Def less than 100% but a high one
