Yes, just don't care about what people say, continue playing your music!!! CHASING YESTERDAY is really a great album with seventies sounds like on "While the soung remains the same" or "Riverman" or "The right stuff". Love too "In the heat of the moment" and "Ballad of.." Thanks Mr Noel for all your work and I want the same sun glasses like you!!! French big fan
ALL I KNOW AND UNDERSTAND IS THOSE ARE THE STANDARD, VALUABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDABLE COMMENTS OVERTHERE....... THAT IS THE REASON I LIKED THOSE COMMENTS AND REPLIES TO THOSE COMMENTS IN THAT COMMENT SECTION..... SUCH A WONDERFUL AND BEAUTIFUL MUSIC, VOCALS AND LYRICS..... GREAT ONE...... BYE....
I'm a professional video editor and can't get my head around why someone would use THAT many horrible cut-aways and overlay effects. Absolutely dreadful editing and I had to stop watching half-way through. I get the 'theme' and stuff he/she was going for, but Christ that was difficult to watch. Audio levels are all over the place too. Interviews are quiet, music is too loud etc...
It's supposed to be like that........it's called "Dynamics". Something that Oasis weren't famous for early on when they were "Brickwalling" everything.
theselector Not talking about the mixing of the songs. I'm saying I had to turn the volume down when the songs were on and turn it back up when the interviews were on. The songs are mixed fine.
I reacon the right stuff would of sounded great on the amorphous anddrogynous album that got scrapped. I dont think it fits on this album at all. The Stand Out tracks are Riverman, The Dying Of The Light, The Mexican and Lock All the Doors
i love when he says 'fuckin' all the time

Yep. Finally!, but never loses that Noel vibe. The Right Stuff, I could listen to it all day long!
First time I heard Riverman I got film noir vibes from the sax. awesome.
The right stuff is amazing...such a departure yet so groovy and cool ;)
That's a good one.
Riverman is one the best songs he written since WTSMG. It's absolutely fucking amazing.
john collier You are not wrong!
God I'd love to go down and just walk around Strand station. They have guided tours every like 5 years always when I'm not around
The sax takes me back to the first Verve album, fuck Spandau
I honestly want him to curse at me. It would be an honor.

Beccy Byrne is my aunty and Noel Gallagher is great!
Superb album. The Right Stuff is a sublime song.
Saxual harassment indeed!

Wow that "finally" comment actually makes a lot of sense lol
finally
Anyone any idea what tube station that is where he's having the photos done??
Audios badly mixed. Music is way louder than the voices. Content of the video is good though
Or at least it appears to be from my setup
Jolly Monkey
No you're right it's badly mixed.

Agreed, the instruments overpower Noel's vocals majority of the time, can barely make out his lyrics

So much horn section on this album... is as close to jazz-y sounding for Noel given he hates the stuff supposedly
I'm on of Noel's/Oasis biggest fans but this album is definitely not as good as his last it's just above average I think!
Wdym? This album is fantastic, it’s my favourite of his solo stuff then his first is my second
