I love how Daisy's general disregard for law and order is maintained throughout the entire series and just Isn't explained To really anyone Like, anyone who wasn't on the original team (which at this point is like 3 and a half people ouch) will just witness S.H.I.E.L.D.'s top agent just casually fuck shit up and get no context whatsoever for her actions And they just have to deal with it because she's Daisy Johnson and there is literally nothing that they can or want to do about it
Kayla Hutton Her disregard for law and order is explained early on when she’s talking about the nuns who adopted her, who pretty much neglected her and left her on her own.
I think it was explained quite well. Starting with the fact, that S.H.I.E.L.D. itself isn't exactly Law and Order any more after Season 1 (where it was addressed and the source of much of the driving conflict, so much that many thought she is the main protagonist). When she had gone full on rogue after that whole Hive thing it was only a PR reason that got her welcomed back (and her team mates who didn't exactly were questioning the legal implications but were glad having their friend back)

I'm talking about new S.H.I.E.L.D. agents not knowing that she started out as a hacker and just swan dove into all of the ridiculous bullshit she now casually inhabits. Obviously, she goes through character development and becomes more responsible, but her personality is still strongly tied to her chaotic energy in season 1

Remember that time in season one where she convinced a room full of men with guns that she had a bomb in a backpack, but it was just a big Hulk action figure? She was still a very squishy hacker back then, and she pulled that out of thin air in a perfect Speech 100 moment. That's what I think of when I think of her brand of nuts.
