    Excellent videos Dr!! You are thorough & easy to understand! BUT, I want to emphasise that cold water shock can happen in warm weather also!! I used to lifeguard at a camp in Long Barn, CA with summer SHADE temps up to 95* (Yeah, I now understand how the Thanksgiving turkey feels!) My chair was in direct sun & pool was about 86 but might as well have been 40 when I jumped in!! When it's 125 outside, unless the water is over 90, cold water shock most certainly can be a serious issue! :)

    I would love to see more on improv splinting! Also sprains, strains, & how to tell the difference between the two; that is a subject that is universally overlooked and/or under emphasized, in my opinion!! Thanks again for your videos! The best I've seen so far for sure!
