- Kjwan vocalist Marc Abaya discusses his departure from former band Sandwich. It tells an interesting story and to many of the bands fans, was a wise decision from this brilliant artist.
Since then, Marc has gone on to reach great successes with Kjwan while Sandwich too has conquered and continued to write, record, and tour, with Raimund Marasigan as their new frontman.

Mahirap ang simula ng Sandwich. Dahil existing pa ang Eraserheads nung ginawa ang Grip Stand Throw and 4 Track Mind at hindi mawawala that time na icompare sila sa E Heads lalo nasa same band si Raims. But the first 2 albums had special places in my heart.

Like Marc said Sandwich career went sky rocket without him, basically he was the one artistically poor and not growing at all in that group best decision he made ever was leaving sandwich! Btw Kjwan's music reminds me of the band POT, basically kjwan is the knockoff version of the said band...
