After much work being lovingly restored - merging tradition with modern vibes ... I'm excited to reveal what's behind the doors of the venue on the corner of the harbour

Great to see another venue in Folkestone come back to life. Another one I need to visit next time I'm down. Intrigued to try that local fish menu. Great vlog, Liu! 👍

@@MarkmanOTW Haha ahhhh yes it was definitely an 'end of the night' kind of place wasnt it!! Luckily i dont think i ever actually went in back when it was Gillespies..but definitely knew of it!!

What is all this 'sustainability' you keep on baningin' on about, but never credibly explain?
They have selected their many of their spirits range from B Corps with good sustainability credentials. However this is not a videos about their 'sustainability' credentials - its about showcasing the venue as a whole - of which their values to make sustainable choices where possible is a part, but this is not a video about proving and explaining their sustainability

'Sustainability' as Liu mentions here refers to the manufacture, packing, supply and energy used to produce these drinks. The producers make the effort to source ingredients and manufacture being as natural as possible and with limited negative environmental impact. Also B Corp approved companies monitor and minimise their carbon footprint and any harmful emissions. The resultant product therefore is environmentally-friendly, ethically/responsibly produced - and tastes good. Hope that helps! 💚😊
