this is a very long ago video but i just want to correct some facts in case it will make people misunderstand jay park. he was in a kpop group in 2008 but then left the group due to his scandal about what he wrote in his myspace when he was 15 years old. so his kpop company decided to send him home back to seattle (where he is from) but then the company announced that they terminated his contract with the group. so my point is he didnt use his scandal to make it big. that kinda sound bad to me. after a year a company called him to be a solo artist after his youtube cover blowned up. so he went back to korea to become a solo artist thenn after few year after that he started his own label in korea
