This is an inspiring gospel song that I like so much. Initially I liked it because it had "Freedom," in its lyrics, which is my son's name. But it also described everything I had wanted for me and my children many years ago. It was in 2002 when I thought we need to be free. I was a mother with only two children back then, and did not know how to accomplish being free from what I had felt bonded to, even if I wanted to be free. Years have elapsed and in 2017, I am still saying the same things. So goodbye to what had bound me to a spiritual marriage like the one I've experienced that took so much out of MY natural achievement, relationship with my children, and real advancement. What my life has been- Bound mentally about 90% of it. I remember what state my heart and mind was in when i first heard this song- This was something my soul and spirit hoped for. I didn't understand what was wrong with me at the time and i got alot of opinions from others. But those opinions did not break any of the bondage that was on me off. It took such a long time for me i guess when i say me i mean my awareness to even slightly recognize my condition. I desired this Jesus in which i was hearing about and all that He offered so badly. But i was accustomed to a destructive pattern of living already and could not understand things. I tried killing myself once, and thought about how i would arrange it the second time. I got help, In my despair and misery i had some people that were faithful to the one True God and His Son Jesus Christ to interceed for me. I've taken pharmaceutical medication and herbal remedies for psychological problems. One day i got so worn with what was happening about me, and so weary that i did not understand. I set up a appointment for prayer with people of The Lord Jesus Christ to talk with them about some of my problems. All of them prayed for me in language i did not understand, But i know as time progressed i was not the same person anymore. I no longer had any desire to listen to wordly music anymore. Desire and lust that i had for a man that i had been in a immoral affair with seemed to start dying. I started speaking the word of God over the situation and telling God all about it. And He bean to take those feelings away from me. I want to know Jesus forever and i don't want to fall away, I feel like the environment that i am currently in is not condusive for me to walk sincerely with the Lord and without any distractions. Jesus please help... Let your holy spirit search this message and answer Jesus. Help and lead me and guide me and send your holy angels to minister to me i pray.
