This was amazing. We will be taking friends next year and their daughter absolutely adores the water, so this will be heaven for her, and I can see how the shack makes a great comfortable home base. How far are the shacks from the lazy river entrance? Because there will also be a disabled person in our party who can only walk short distances.
That’s great to hear! Have a lovely time! There are shacks all around the Lagoon & the cast members are super helpful in choosing a shack that’s right for your party. Definitely make sure you highlight all your parties needs & requirements upon check in so they can put you in the right location. I would also mention this when booking if you are booking in advance. We looked to book a couple of days before however our hotel said there doesn’t look like there is availability but to check when we arrive at Typhoon, so we got there when it opened and they said they did have availability! So my recommendation would be to check on the day if your hotel can’t get the availability for you. They are very sort after but there were a few left when we went. We also chose our spot which was fab and it was a great Beach Comber location and view! 🏝️ 💦 x
Hello! You can pre-book however we found this a little challenging. Our hotel also tried to prebook for us but couldn’t really yet through. I’m sure if you call Disney reservations directly they will be able to book in advance. On the day, we were lucky there were some left when we arrived first thing. They were very helpful & we LOVED our cabana! Such a great view!

Can you prebook these or can you only book on the day when you arrive?
You can book them online in advance. If there are some available, you can rent them on the day of.
