I have done the zorbe thing a number of times. I have learned one important thing. Always do it with water in the zorbe. Without water if you get rolling fast enough. You will start to stick to one of the sides. When you do you can start bouncing. Im 180lbs when you start bouncing if you hit the ground in the right way you can hit your back on the ground. I didn't get badly hurt or anything but it was enough to really take the fun out of it.

I have a story about one of these balls.
Once when my brother was like 12 (he's 20 now) he was inside one of these things, and he keep on reaching to where we were, but his face wasn't like fun.
His dad (not my dad) keep on throwing him away and laughing every time he came close.
But then I saw him running inside that ball and looking scared AF.
Turns out he was having an asthma attack and he wanted our help. But his dad thought he was kidding and keep throwing him away...
