So many of our family members have been asking for a video dedicated to this trigger, which really isn’t, but at the same time it is. When I started saying “close your eyes”, I also was using “cotton pad”. Today/tonight/etc.. I’m going to be doing the “cotton pad” trigger! My mom who is 51 is in the hospital after my sister and I reached for a court order since my mom has been diagnosed with a type 1 bipolar disorder with psychotic mania one year ago. She is thinner than someone with a final stage cancer since she does not eat enough to ‘’purify herself”... she has lost over 30 pounds in 3 months and she doesn’t look at my mom anymore. I’ve never been this afraid of my entire life and I’ve never been this helpless. It’s the hardest thing that I’ve been through. And I never would have believe that this situation would touch my family. I’m living a nightmare in my own reality. I really needed this since I could find sleep for 3 days straight, except for about 3 hours per night. Thank you Sarah, you can’t imagine how much you’re helping me. Stay safe everyone, and don’t forget to take care of your mental health and the one of your loved ones… 🕊

I’ve been diagnosed with autism about a year ago, and a thing i’ve always been struggling with is noises.
Certain noises and voices make me have meltdowns, panic attacks or just sensory overload.
And a thing that always has helped me with that is karunas videos!!
When i go into meltdowns or sensory overload her voice just calms me down a lot which is incredible
