But today I went back on to Amazon to have a look and it appears there have been a few new listings for even cheaper fingerboards that weren't available at the time I bought this one! Leave a thumbs up if you think I should do a video on the even cheaper ones!
5:21 the reason it was almost impossible to put the trucks on correctly is cus the base plates were not pre-threaded like tech deck trucks or BRTs so u have to force a screw into the trucks for the first time. The best way to thread the base plates is to add leverage too a longer screwdriver that fits the screws. Thank u for coming to my Ted talk
is this still a problem? i never assembled a fingerboard/tech deck before. i plan on getting one, it looks like it’s prebuilt. i guess i’ll see on January 6th.

I bought mine off the broken knuckles website.
I bought this and swapped it with the newer tech deck trucks with rubber bushings and then go all the way down and the wheel have room and don’t wiggle at all so try that
I bought a $6 usd fingerboard and it works and feels like a pro fingerboard, metal trucks, rubber bushings, rubber tires, wooden deck, perfect grip. I guess it’s not that bad
Yep, the only thing I think makes a real difference are good quality wheels and the fingerboard's width. Other than that, paying USD$100 for a fingerboard is outright just for flexing.
I had one but it only lasted like a little over half a year and then one day while using it I went off a launch ramp one day onto a rail into a boardlside and it snapped in half prep did good for your first diff revised that’s not a teckdeck but I’d recommended real I have that now and it’s really really good and bubble bushings!
P-rep decks are pretty decent for the price. Completes are okay, but as David showed, those bushings suck. My biggest complaint with the complete is that the wheels aren't very strong. Mine cracked and split from landing tricks a little hard here and there and they eventually fell off leaving only the bearings on the trucks... plastic tech deck wheels are stronger... 🤣
Broken knuckle actually has really good trucks if on a budget. They look exactly like blackriver trucks and come with rubber bushings. -but they aren't the same quality
yes, the 30-29mm ones are the ones with the plastic bushings but the 32-34 mm come with some rubber bushings and I´d say they are somewhat equivalent to blackriver or dynamic trucks, its like a more affordable version

My homie gave me a old p rep deck and I just used trucks off a tech deck and bought the rip tape and wheels from a skate shop near me that sells finger board stuff
Im from the future amd 2020 the company really have tryed harder and now days the boards are very good for the peice i got my p-rep board at the beginning at this year i really havent regredit my burchace
Get the nicer p reps, they come with shaped trucks, a single axel and baked bushings, also there isn’t a lot of space between the wheel and the truck. Just use tech deck screws for the truck base

Currently using a P rep and Teak Tuning boards, didn't have an issue setting up my P rep trucks, even with the small tool.
I use a berlinwood board with p rep trucks but if you put rubber bushings in it it's actually really nice
I got a p-rep as my first actual fingerboard and it was pretty good
Yo David you should try doing a trick like an impossible or a kick flip and then mid air you transition to another board

I spent an extra 10 dollars for a project rep board but it was good, soft rubber bushings, everything was perfect.
I bought a wooden fingerboard with bearing wheels and foam grip and It was 7 dollars Australian and I’m watching this vid with it right next to me
