About 5 years ago I was told that everyone should do the 1st spin at max bet just incase you get a feature on the 1st spin. But it happens so rarely 😊😮

I agree, I think it's just a super rare mathematical outcome. I have never seen or heard of this happening on a penny denom machine before, especially 2 in a row on the same machine. These are class 3 machines, not bingo based or video lottery terminals.
