I just started in 2020 at the height of covid-19 pandemic when we were transitioned from Face-to-Face Traditional Classroom Instruction to Online Classes!🥰
cooooollll from our prof's example, he used another table after getting the first batch of row and column differences, so it's kinda inconvenient to make another table for the next one. I like your example and how you explained it, it doesn't make me sleepy and keeps me interested!!! Thanks again, saved mah bum ahahahaha
Thank you po I am an ie student it is so helpful . I watched the least and vam method it make me understand easier. Thank you god bless I got 3 method to do .

Initially, you were selecting the mist cost from row then you selected from the column...how do we know when to use the cost from either row or column?
I have a question... The question I am doing, I have a row difference that has 1,1 ,0 and a column difference of 1 and 1... Which 1 will I use as my highest value??
If we can't choose the maximum number from row difference/column difference, because we have two same numbers, is it indifferent in this case which of the two we choose?
In regards to your question, what will happen if you have two or more than two maximum values both in the row amd column difference (which is called the penalty cost)? Well, if this happens, if there is a tie in the values of penalties then you need to select the cell where maximum allocation can be possible.
Thank you very much, really clearly explained step by step, only thing maybe the camera shaking, but that is a minor issue. Thank you very much you helped me for my exam of Logistics
If there is a tie in the selection, then we have to select the row or column which contains minimum cost. In case there is a tie in minimum cost too, then we need to select the cell in which maximum allocation can be done.
thank you for this explanation! but i have a question about number 2. why we have to choose largest value? what is the reason behind it? is it a cost problem? logically, why do we choose the largest when we should choose the smallest in cost? I'm just trying to understand the logic that behind it.
Hi. First of all, I wanna thank you for watching my video. Now, in regards to your question, what will happen if you have two or more than two maximum values both in the row amd column difference (which is called the penalty cost)? Well, if this happens, if there is a tie in the values of penalties then you need to select the cell where maximum allocation can be possible.

Initially, you were selecting the mist cost from row then you selected from the column...how do we know when to use the cost from either row or column?
When the row difference is greater u select cost from row, Similarly when column difference is greater u select cost from column.
Does this work for all questions?

How about Stepping Stone Method (STM),.
Just a question; since you used the same table from the Least Cost method, aren't the answers supposed to be the same?
I don't think so because if you use the same table for least cost and North west method you get different answers
Thank you SO MUCH really helpful
