Pretty much everything you said about why you moved to the Philippines is exactly why I came over from America. I came over once and met my girlfriend for the first time then returned home after a month. After my father passed away I came back and never left. She is now my wife and we have been together for four years married for over two of them. Too many people hear horror stories about dating someone here. It happens, but it also happens everywhere in the world including wherever the person complaining came from. Bad news travels faster than good news. It seems like the common thing that happens is they never married the person or checked deeply into things. I have found if you are willing to commit fully to your partner not only will they be the best devoted partner you could ever hope for, but you will also add an amazing family to the mix that 100% has your back. Which is typically not what happens in western cultures. The bad apples generally won't marry because marriage in this country is serious and there isn't divorce here like in western culture. When you marry here you also marry the family lol. It is worth it though. As a man I can honestly say being married to a Filipina that she respects me as a man and doesn't belittle my role in anyway. Actually she does the opposite in a major way and it is part of their culture. It is one of the most fulfilling feelings as a man I have ever felt. Very much unlike western cultures where a lot of women (not all) put very little value in men. To give you an example of how fulfilling it is being married to my amazing wife. I dealt with suicidal depression with many attempts that honestly should of worked for over 30 years. Started from the age of 8. Since meeting my wife those thoughts and those feeling are so foreign to me I don't know why I was so lost. I went from that to being insanely happy looking forward to a long future and never once having those old feelings surface. Even though hard times I am still positive.
There is something deeply wrong with Western intersexual dynamics. It’s poisonously transactional and damaging to children. Couples rarely want to compromise nowadays because people are just commodities you can replace via dating/hookup apps and men are just ATMs. This is awful for the person engaging in this behavior and so awful for the children.
It’s refreshing to observe Isabella because she’s so normal. She interacts with people instead of being obsessed with her phone. She’s polite. She seems like the type of child who observes others and her surrounds and who asks “How are you?” This type of behavior used to be the norm.
I just pray my partner and I are able to raise physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy children like Isabella but I feel the food is processed and fake and the culture is damaging.
I watch the Adam and Jane as well as Isabella's own channel, however this is the first vid where I have seen so much interaction between the three of you as a family. You are such a joy to watch and to see the gentle hearts that is common with you all is truly heartwarming. After a few visits I decided to make the Philippines my permanent home after having spent a few years in Vietnam, but sadly the lock downs and travel restrictions early 2020 beat me by one month. God willing I will make it one day as that is not only where my heart is, but also where I believe the God call on my life is. Stay safe, stay healthy and God Bless you all 💖💖

HELLO, Adam & Jane, I'm happy watching your journey. you inspired and strengthen my desire to go back settle in the Philippines. CONTINUE INSPIRE PEOPLE, GOD BLESS YOU.
Very nice channel and I like your attitude about saving and planning etc. Only issue I have is not explaining how such plans are sustainable in regards weekly or monthly income.
Thank you my friend. Everyone will have their own income, savings, retirement etc. What one person says about income won't work for another. If you decide to move to another country it's important to finalise your own income/savings/pensions etc 😊
@@AdamandJanesLifestyle I agree and you do mention the words "savings" and "budget" a lot..Obviously,savings here are extremely important and for many different reasons but much more straight forward than the subject of a sustainable budget in order to live here. I'm sure there are lots of young couples that have savings but are many years away from any type of pension.. I'm sure that vloggers can earn quite good money if their videos get enough views,so that might be one good way for example or online work such as foreign language schools etc.. Then of course there is a Peso generating business in the Phil's which is a long and complicated subject fraught with difficulties.. We chose the latter around 18 years ago..We got the kids through high school and Uni and we are still living the dream here! As you say..Nothing is Impossible! Keep up the good work!
Hello Adam and Jane (kids included of course). I am Chris from Switzerland (Geneva). I ma very happy that you took that decision. It's not easy and involve a lot of thoughts before to do such things. I don't want to be indiscreet but may I ask you if you are 100% retired or do you plan to have a new business there ? May I ask you what is your source of revenues (are you annuitant or stock options in a big factory or things like that?). Thanks a lot for your video and hopefully your future answer. Best regards...
Thanks but we didn't come to the Philippines for vlogging. We came to live here with family. We vlog to share our life and to create a video diary for ourselves and family to watch back our moments when we are older. Isabella also has a way of watching back her childhood as I wish when I was growing up videos were available ☺️
It's true. Philippines is friendly to bloggers, just like they're friendly to everybody. But Adam's family moved there for the same reasons many do. Nature's simple beauty and friendly folks.

Thanks for choosing philippines to stay I'm proud of your family always keep you safe n healthy n happy family especially in province place love it , love the nature's too God bless us all.
I would say why not…life in the Philippines is so much relaxing and stress free and life is a bit slow not like here in the UK it seems everyday the time is so fast.
Your new subscriber from Northern Samar but I live in Pasig City. Just a suggestion guys, I think it's better to have a fence for security reason. Your location greenery. So lovely and beautiful. Stay safe guys. God bless!
Had watched a British vlog who lived in Mindanao now, and who has Filipina wifee too, he went back to UK last year but went back again to Philippines after few months, said, if he just wants to live he would stay in UK, but he wants to grow and learn new things so he went back to Philippines.
Was it Kumander Daot? What was said is very true! Life is about experience and appreciation. We must learn and grow constantly. Never too old or know enough to stop trying ☺️
To Adam and Jane what need most here in our country is you should dwell here in a frugal way of life, you need to control spending your resources... A brotherly advised...
Thanks. We retire to Davao 6 August. Thanks for sharing, we alleviate it. All great advice with budgeting. We use Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsay.
Nice video, can't wait till we make our retirement move next year. Remember you made a video about what assumptions people had of you, did you ever made a follow up to that as it would be interesting.
Thank you☺️ we didn't but we may! Some people did assume we were younger than we were which was flattering but not realistic haha. Take care my friend ☺️
I thought you were 30ish but come to think of it now, you are 40ish. If you were in the army, you would retire at 40 after 20 long years. So it's normal.
Good luck guys! I think you did the right decision to move there forgood..It's a beautiful place and the views in your house is gorgeous..As soon as you settle down every thing will be okay..😊🧸🌷

HELLO, Adam & Jane, I'm happy watching your journey. you inspired and strengthen my desire to go back settle in the Philippines.
CONTINUE INSPIRE PEOPLE, GOD BLESS YOU.
Thank you so much my friend ☺️
Good that you like d Philippines. Just be safe. Isabella is a simple and smart girl.
Welcone to the philippines hoping you stay here for good god bless
All you guys look so happy and joyful
we are moving there in spring of 2025 for all the same reasons you did. the people are so incredible.
Its a good decision sir. Just trust the process!
You have inspired us to do our lifelong plan of moving to the Philippines, maybe much sooner than we have anticipated.
That's awesome my friend. I hope it works out well and God bless you ☺️🙏
Be happy with your own family, Adam and Jane should enjoy life with Isabella too, God bless you all always
Thank you so much my friend. God bless you 😊🙏
Hello Adam and Jane (kids included of course).
You can survive, this is the best place for you without much pressure.
New subbie here. Wishing your family all the very best. 👌
you come to philippines for vlogging
good luck... you're one of
thousands vloggers in philippines.
YOUR JOURNEY JUST STARTED.... It might be elsewhere in the four corner of the world but, Your destination where your home is.....where your heart is. Where you can feel at home bonded with precious family with great love. There is no place like home, so, enjoy every moment and the most of it. WELCOME HOME TO THE PHILIPPINE ISLAND! MABUHAY!
God bless you my friend 😊

Follow where your heart is. Living in countryside is much better. Simple life, stress free. Be safe and healthy. God bless.
Very true my friend. God bless you ☺️
I would say why not…life in the Philippines is so much relaxing and stress free and life is a bit slow not like here in the UK it seems everyday the time is so fast.
love watching ur vlogs, watching here from Riyadh, KSA,, stay safe and healthy as always..
Your new subscriber from Northern Samar but I live in Pasig City. Just a suggestion guys, I think it's better to have a fence for security reason. Your location greenery. So lovely and beautiful. Stay safe guys. God bless!
Nice your house!!you must have been spending quite a lot of money coz materials gone up already.Wish one day I can build my small house.
Thank you for choosing to live here in the Philippines. ☺️
Stay safe and healthy 🤗
Had watched a British vlog who lived in Mindanao now, and who has Filipina wifee too, he went back to UK last year but went back again to Philippines after few months, said, if he just wants to live he would stay in UK, but he wants to grow and learn new things so he went back to Philippines.
Was it Kumander Daot? What was said is very true! Life is about experience and appreciation. We must learn and grow constantly. Never too old or know enough to stop trying ☺️
I'm a new subscriber and thank you for choosing my beautiful Philippines 🇵🇭
Thank you so much my friend. God bless you ☺️🙏
To Adam and Jane what need most here in our country is you should dwell here in a frugal way of life, you need to control spending your resources... A brotherly advised...
Thanks. We retire to Davao 6 August. Thanks for sharing, we alleviate it. All great advice with budgeting. We use Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsay.
Thank you and good luck my friend. Planning and budgeting will always be the start but a bit of luck along the way helps too. God bless you ☺️
Nice video, can't wait till we make our retirement move next year.
So excited for you guys to move into your new home! My mum is also currently building our house in Ormoc! Loving your reasons to why you like living there Isabella I agree the food is the best 🤣 if you ever miss any of the British snacks here I’ll happily bring some over for you guys when I can finally travel back to Ormoc 😃
That would be awesome. We hope you can return soon and Ormoc really is developing well. It's the safest city in all of the Philippines ☺️❤️🇵🇭
Just subscribed. Welcome to the Philippines
Hello sir Adam I really love you bcoz you love the nature here in our country and you love the pilipino people.thank you for appreciating our country God bless you and your family
Enjoy it there! You guys are still young enough to make a life there. Most other expats are retired. It was also my dream when I was still married to a Filipina to move to the Philippines one day. I'm not so sure now, but I will certainly visit the Philippines again as a tourist!
Thank you my friend. We hope you are able to return one day. We surely would buy you a nice meal and a drink ☺️ take care and God bless you ☺️
Its like watching a movie while watching this vlog .very nice and inpirational
Yes dude I agree. The Philippines is so welcoming and it's like home 100%.
