Heartbreaking. Yes she is an orphan. Its an identity that surprised her the most when Hook told her in season 2 when he read her like an open book. And she admitted it in season 3 to her mother in Neverland. Hook would never speak to like he did as the Dark One esp in this scene. It was sad but we all knew - it was darkness and heartbreak feeding into him. But like i said its this identity isnt it but she isnt an orphan anymore as well.

poor emma yo i feel bad i love hook to death but when ever i watch the part when he calls her an orphan i get mad at him lol like who does that like ik ur mad but she did it out of loves she didn't wanna lose u but u grt mad at her and fall back into that darknass and try killing her parents so she knows how u feel when u killed yours like bro really hook she didnt have to ho for u in the underworld like she came back for u lol if i was emma i would be pissed at hook but then would do the same thing cause he would be my true love and i wouldnt wanna lose that :)
He made her weak. Not because of love, but because he wanted her to be his. I really don't like Hook's relationship with Emma. He's an interesting character at times, but I always thought Emma deserved far better than him. She was settling for him, because she was so desperately looking for her happy ending and everyone was telling her, that Hook was it.
