Very nicely designed project. I just bought a 2006 Joyner 250 and I am planning on using a 2005 Ninja 250 motor. Thanks for sharing your design , I will likely be duplicating this layout.
@@samqueen8337 I actually ending up not using a ninja 250, they are asking too much money for them here in Ca. I found a salvaged 2004 Suzuki GS500 with a good motor and harness. The project is going great so far.
Well looks like there are more people doing this then i thought , im putting a gs 750 in my chinees buggy ut keeping reverse gear box , maybe i will post a video as well .

The 250 would've been easier but I bet your 500 motor will kick ass

mine is only spinning the left side tire on a chain driven axle and it doesnt fucking move off road now..i think its time to weld it to a locked one
