I saw this a year ago and now it seems even better than before. While he may seem boring, that's only because he's getting into specifics and sometimes specifics can be boring. He's dead on how studios copy other studios on mechanics and that the copied features are not up to snuff against competition. Arkham City focused on making it a much better sequel than Asylum improving it's core mechanics.
One long speech about why the Insomniac Spider-Man games aren't anywhere near as impactful as the Arkham games, honestly. Everything he says is a demonstration of things they overlooked in those games.

This guy sounded a lot like Todd Howard, I'm glad they are working were they are working.... Now if only the guys at EA and every other place like that would start thinking like that... we'd have SO many more awesome games. Instead of getting the same game year after year.....
