The agent didn’t sound like anything will be done abt the issues I pointed out, did u see the piping, what plan do they have for that black wood in the utility room. Did u c the back? Where u park ur car? I believe u might have mould issues later. The house has air conditioning though. The only house I have seen air conditioning in swansea

I didn’t even end up taking it. It’s a lot to do and there’s a condition attached. So I let it go. More viewings loading lol
The space is too much actually! For me I might not like that type of houses
