I have been making Dokras normally the Dahl pre soaked ones you ferment overnight…. But these instant Dokras I tried today and wow they are super light, fluffy and absolutely delicious ❤️❤️❤️….. my husband said he prefers these to my normal ones😁….. I was doubtful when I first tried as normally you put the masala in the batter and steam … this recipe no ginger and tastes just as nice. Thank you so much 💗
