I am trying to catch up on videos while my daughter is in hospital ,please anybody reading this say a prayer for her they removed a kidney that does not work and the other is only working 25% she is on a waiting list for a donor and we are having problems with insurance company to . I love how well kept the house is along with everything in it, from furniture to clothing, shoes, medical supplies, dolls, etc...It’s incredible! I bet they even take good care of their ghost.

My Mom worked for our next door neighbor at the Stained Glass Studio, which happened to be the studio that made the stained glass windows, doors, and sneeze vars for the Shakeys Pizza. I love how Adrian tells the history of each room and each occupant in such a way, one can actually visualize these events. Oh my Gosh, I can't wait for part 2.
Also, another fun fact, viewings use to be called “Wakes.” Because lead was popular to be used in plates cups... you name it. And if a loved one of yours was found “passed out” from the lead, or dead, they would lay their loved one in the parlor as a “Wake” for a few days to see if they would WAKE up, if not they were dead. This is why it was called a wake. Later changed to a viewing knowing the loved one was for sure gone. No reason to wait for a wake.

I don't think I've ever seen such an accentric and interesting person speak about things in the way Adrian does. He Definitly has his own unique style of narrating with so much knowledge. I could listen to him forever talk about things; he grabs your attention right away and holds onto it. You can tell he has years and years of wizdom and experience when it comes to history and the paranormal. Great job all you guys for putting together such an interesting series 👍

I lived in Minnesota for most of my life. I grew up in Mound, Minnesota and I can't tell you the amount of paranormal things that went on there. Almost everyone I knew, including my own family, had some sort of unexplainable thing happen in their home. Mound derived its name from the Native American burial grounds found within the city limits. I believe due to these sacred mounds being upturned with development this caused some sort of paranormal anomaly within the town. I know this sounds like the premise of Poltergeist but if you look up the town history it is documented as a true fact. I was so excited to see you made it to Minnesota to document some of the paranormal things that go on in the state!
Love the gentleman who initially gave the tour in the first half of the vidio. He did such a wonderful documentary on the history of the people who lived there.

The 78 was produced by Vocalion. The artist is Irving Kauffman, 1923. As for Edison, yep, he invented the Phonograph. However, that upright phonograph in the Christie's house is actually a gold-plated, high end Victor Victrola Talking Machine, not an Edison phonograph. The Victrola database website lists every talking machine they ever produced and the year it was introduced to the public. Victrola Talking machine's could also be custom-designed for the wealthy person(s) who had more money than they knew what to do with. You do a very nice mini- documentary of the history of the home, the many past residents that lived there, and the paranormal goings-on. I can see why the gracious (current owner/ caretaker) likely doesn't want too many people milling around inside probably due to all of the irreplaceable family heirlooms, and public exposure would probably draw in an undesirable crowd as well. I've never seen a Victorian home with Tiffany lighting, yet this was a very affluent family that lived here so they probably spared no expense. I hope that beautiful floral print wallpaper along the staircase didn't contain arsenical powder or any dark green hues. Arsenic was used in almost all Victorian textiles back in the day and remains extremely poisonous no matter how old it is.

A lot of people can't be bothered to read through comments but are very quick to put their own. Colin has said that yes, people have filmed here before but it was only for personal use. We still wake people in the house in Ireland (1st night), then in the funeral parlour (2nd night) and on the third night in the Catholic Church. My nephews were waked at home Tommy (RIP) died 2016 aged 19 years old and David (RIP) died 2018 21 years old. It is also customary to not leave the body alone and families take it in shifts to sit with the body in the house. I have slept in the living room since & also the living room my mom was waked in and it doesn't creep me out, some people would freak out! Great investigation I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Ok who else think of the movie HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT 1st part when little boy tipped pass window & the creepy old music played that song😊cool vdo..& the fact that its like still the same even more creepy!

The 78 was produced by Vocalion. The artist is Irving Kauffman, 1923. As for Edison, yep, he invented the Phonograph. However, that upright phonograph in the Christie's house is actually a gold-plated, high end Victor Victrola Talking Machine, not an Edison phonograph. The Victrola database website lists every talking machine they ever produced and the year it was introduced to the public. Victrola Talking machine's could also be custom-designed for the wealthy person(s) who had more money than they knew what to do with. You do a very nice mini- documentary of the history of the home, the many past residents that lived there, and the paranormal goings-on. I can see why the gracious (current owner/ caretaker) likely doesn't want too many people milling around inside probably due to all of the irreplaceable family heirlooms, and public exposure would probably draw in an undesirable crowd as well. I've never seen a Victorian home with Tiffany lighting, yet this was a very affluent family that lived here so they probably spared no expense. I hope that beautiful floral print wallpaper along the staircase didn't contain arsenical powder or any dark green hues. Arsenic was used in almost all Victorian textiles back in the day and remains extremely poisonous no matter how old it is.

Wow, Wow, Wowzers. Beautiful historical place. Just love old era, goodies and architecture.
We still wake people in the house in Ireland (1st night), then in the funeral parlour (2nd night) and on the third night in the Catholic Church. My nephews were waked at home Tommy (RIP) died 2016 aged 19 years old and David (RIP) died 2018 21 years old. It is also customary to not leave the body alone and families take it in shifts to sit with the body in the house. I have slept in the living room since & also the living room my mom was waked in and it doesn't creep me out, some people would freak out! Great investigation I thoroughly enjoyed it.
