    Daca faceti cum facea nea caisa asta la 3:15 vi s-au dus in pl genunchi..trebuie sa faci miscarea lin nu sa arunci picioarele in sus.

      Fals. Daca ai incalzire buna, cu activare, propriocepție și motor control nu ai nici o problema. Iar referitor la timing,depinde ce antrenezi. Aici mă refer la obiectiv : forța, putere, hipertrofie funcțională, hipertrofie sarcoplasmatica, anduranța, etc...
