I purchased 5 pieces of Maru Electronics tube light fittings with Electronics choke during 2007 and found that all of them are defective and have same problem that sometimes the tube light lights up sometime flashes and stop then I switched off and then switch on and then tube glows. It looks the company sold defective and rejected fittings to the dealers as the products have defective design during manufacturing but the company sold them to make money. All these defective fittings were sold in rural areas shops as company know none will complain and use them like this
