Fun fact, the Richie’s Philly steak or whatever it’s called at chandler fashion CENTER only opened recently. It was formerly a steak escape which closed a couple of months ago.

Chandler fashion center isn’t even shaped like a square. Scottsdale is named that because it traces back to its origins despite now not really being shaped like a square either now. Sure they are 1st and 2nd in square footage for Arizona but chandler fashion center is not officially named fashion square by macerich. Only a true local would call it chandler fashion center 😎
