That last wave with the guy who almost fell, then landed sitting up while everyone was cheering...THAT WAS AWESOME!

Thank you from not using loud, hard rock, so-called surf music. I have surfed all my life, and whenever I watched surf video, I found loud music distracting. This is on point. I am stoked.

Love the reaction from the one surfer when he watches the other guy pull in and go left.....

I've watched many surf vids, and movies too, over the years and I found this to be a breath-taking cinematic Masterpiece! Bravo!

I used to watch Mavericks break back in the 80's when no one but, Jeff Clark was surfing it... That place is named after his dog Maverick! I used to surf Ross's Cove back in the day! Lower point lives!

Finally got to Mavericks for the first time in my life this past July...there were absolutely NO swells but just being there and seeing the local monuments to the surfers who'd passed on and to those who continue to challenge these great waves was a huge moment for me. I hope to return one day to see the legendary 30-40 foot swells...until then, it's videos like this that bring the beauty of this place out.

How could you dislike such a beautiful video. Surfing is hard and filming people like that in the water takes hard work too. Also great editing my dude👍

Did anybody follow the board going over the falls on that first opening wave?? Once the leash snugs up you get a glimpse of someone about to get the beating of their life. Wipeout of the year nobody noticed
