Hey there, great video! And you seem to have good substrate and healthy plants. An Idea : You started planting above the half of your tubes. Have you tried and made experience to plant deeper... maybe in the lower third of the tube... while the plant grows I always fill up substrate until tube / sack is full. I think you could maybe increase your harvest amount, but I am not sure. What do you think? Really great work! Keep it on. Cheers, Andi
I'm pretty sure you don't need to use the entire potato to get the new plants. I have heard of using just parts of the potato that have the eyes on them. If that's true, and I am pretty sure it is, you could use less potatoes to get as many new potato plants, and eat the rest of them. Then again, maybe you get a better root system faster using the whole potato?

I don't think you need a lot of direct sunlight for potatoes as they grow well in Scotland and Ireland.
