Currently going through the toughest time of my life. Me and my girlfriend broke up after 4 years. And this is so hard. I am reading these comments to feel a sense of hope again
I went through the worst time of my life just 6 months ago. Was truly ready to die, by whatever nature could throw at me. Now, I feel inspired, strong, proud, and fulfilled, excited to wake up every day for what *I* can do with that day. Never wanted to live so badly in my life. No matter how it feels, you will get to a place of health, vitality, energy, and fulfillment if you just seek help from who you can and are fully honest with yourself and with them. If you don’t have anybody then you can go to a counselor and learn from great psychologists online and in books. You just take things day by day. Don’t look back, it will consume you. Look to the present and plan for making your life just a little bit better incrementally. Eventually it will be great. Find stability and purpose. Find warmth.
