This is what I believe William was innocent the whole time His son and daughter getting killed left a traumatic experience for him, he didn't kill those kids because evil or anything, he just wanted to bring his son back, and had to do what he did, despite his hesitation.
I find it weird that the Sister Location Characters aren’t cannon but are with the UCN layout also how did the Foxy kid could make William his own custom hell?
