Dublin rush hour-time lapse

Date and time on cam are wrong. Time was 16:50 at the start. Filmed on 21/02/2017 , from Dublin , Waterloo Road to Maynooth , Co. Kildare.
A 24 km long drive , in weekend it would take around 30-35 min. to do this , on a weekday at rush hour like you saw 1h and 40 min , and it wasn't a really bad day today ;
