To reply to those who says that I have a E2 Sparkle, I'm a low spender (Monthly and sometime Battlepass) I did not pull anything just saved a lot of fates for her, I passed 4 banners, Argenti, Ruan Mei, Dr.Ratio and Black Swan, this is the reason why I have her in Eidolon 2, and also since the game came out you should have enough Fates to pull a lot of characters than that
@@zenit2161 Seele is not weak, but she needs a lot of investments, a good crit ratio, like at least 80% crit rate and 200% crit damage, and good Harmony characters like Ruan Mei or Robin. The definition is : If Seele has a lot of investments and a lot of damage, then she can kills mobs faster to trigger Resurgence (Talent) resulting of her gaining +80% Damage & +20% Quantum Res Pen Replacing Seele by Dr Ratio is good yeah, fortunately he's better than her in a lot of scenarios. You have Silver Wolf that is really good with him for the 100% chance of triggering his FUA, if you plan to play Dr Ratio and enjoy his gameplay you should pull Topaz, she is really busted with him.

Is it worth to build dr ratio to replace seele? I have fu xuan and sw but seele is just too weak
