Just bought one of these. Needed a new phone and on a bit of a budget. I'd have liked a OLED screen but it's not a deal breaker. So far for the money I think it's pretty good, 256gb storage no need for an SD card then. I've not noticed any issues with it's speed, having the 120hz screen, everything seems to be very smooth. I don't play games on my phone so that's not an issue. But for general use, it's one of the best phones I've had. Battery life is good, my previous phone was a Samsung M51 with a 7000mah battery, I was getting 3-4 days. This one I charged it Sunday evening, it's had plenty of use, streaming, surfing the web, twitter etc. and now Wednesday afternoon still got 26% left. Not used the camera much, better in good light, OK at night with night mode but definitely have to hold it quite still. For £269 I think it's pretty good.
I said it before but it's always amazing how I enjoy watching videos of phones I've never seen and have no intention of buying. My G100 gets 6:50 to 7:50 hrs of screen on time so I would not call that 'not great' I presume the 200 should do about the same. But I am not a heavy user.
@@RobNL310 I am heavy user. I am used to great battery life of Huawei, OnePlus and Nokia phones and G200 doesn’t last like they did although it has got much bigger battery. And it’s not even about 144 Hz display since I’ve tried to use it on and off and it seems to last just about same time.
This smartphone has gained massive attention in India due to its pricing and features. The dimensity processor, dual rear cameras, big battery, and more are just powerful.
Picked up one of these a week ago, and so far it's been fine. I needed something budget with lots of storage (without having to put an SD card in) and a 3.5mm jack for plugging into a sound desk without tying up the charging port (and I hate jacks on the top of phones, so this is perfect). Screen scrolling is smooth, touch response is good and battery life is decent. Pretty happy about this as a replacement for my bricked Nokia 5.3 (thanks hmd for screwing up the Android 12 update 🙄). Can you please please do a review on the G71S 5G model please. Only finding reviews in Hindi and I obviously speak English. Why do they don't have a wide range of reviews on all phones😢
I'm afraid that most of what is said in this review could be said by examining the phone while it's still in the shop and then reading what is says on the side of the box. A really useful review would examine reasons for not buying the product. The sound is described as "tinny" but even this is glossed over - kind of "not to worry, it'll be fine" approach. Sorry, it won't be fine. The sound shouldn't be "tinny". So what else is there about this phone that isn't quite right? That's what we need to know.
£279 and an IPS? Missing the boat there! 😀 However - my old G5S still has a brighter screen than the Xiaomi Mi10t lite that replaced it so historically some have been good.
Can anyone tell me if this phone has the green 'breathe' light (top right corner) show up when the screen is off (locked/tapped off, not powered off). It would be very helpful to see the lil green light to see if I have emails or SMS messages etc.
Just the usual bunch. You can download your own ringtones. I have done so and it works for calls but for messages I'm having difficulty. Both worked well on my G7 Power.
I like everything about it except for the fact that it does not film in 4K native, excuse me? Also the shutter the camera isn't fast? What do you mean, so blurry pictures might be a thing? My 2,5 years old €300 moto G100 can film in 6K quality. People comment having microphone issues? Something doesn't add up, stop cheering this on and do some research!

Excellent. Ty.🎉
Is the toughened glass as good as iPhone ?, also is there any lags when you watch TH-cam ?
I've been looking for a phone without/reduced PWM. Is the screen still usable outdoors in bright conditions?
Yes I've had no problems
Stuck between this or the Moto g84 😅, which one would you recommend?
Could it be possible that this has a peak brightness of a 1000 nits as stated by some vloggers?
Nice video!
Any other upcoming phones by moto?
Does it has separate front flash which is usual moto feature?
Nice video as usually thanks. Just wonder why Motorola never released moto g72 here in UK. I thought its realy decent phone
Can you please please do a review on the G71S 5G model please. Only finding reviews in Hindi and I obviously speak English. Why do they don't have a wide range of reviews on all phones😢
Hi great info,
Can you tell me does it have otg? I'm running android 10 on my old moto g 7 power and I cant use usb for thermal camera
Hi Tech Spurt. Would you please review the Oppo Reno 8T 5G. Reviews from you just feel and hit so different, mate. I can't really wait
Does it have FM receiver enabled?
G82 with OLED or g72 or g73?
Phone should have come with 12gb Ram and 256 storage
Phone should have given three years Android updates and three years security updates
Just spend more money then this is a midrange phone
That dimensity 930 is 🔥
£279 and an IPS? Missing the boat there! 😀
However - my old G5S still has a brighter screen than the Xiaomi Mi10t lite that replaced it so historically some have been good.
does it have camera2api support?
17/12/23 The G73 5G is selling for £189, on Amazon, 30% reduction of RRP.
This phone is really awesome... ❤
If they mixed g72 & g73 it will king in market
Display of g72
Processor of g73
5g support of g73
Design of g72
Camera of g 72
Would be a beast
Can anyone tell me if this phone has the green 'breathe' light (top right corner) show up when the screen is off (locked/tapped off, not powered off). It would be very helpful to see the lil green light to see if I have emails or SMS messages etc.
Does Motorola g3 have cooling system?
dope review
Can you shoot in 4k?
Maybe I missed it, does it come with a screen protector?
No
How many ringtones does it have? 🤔
Is there any unusual ones on it? 🤔
Just the usual bunch. You can download your own ringtones. I have done so and it works for calls but for messages I'm having difficulty. Both worked well on my G7 Power.
@@sniperpd9505 Yeah. So few aswell. 😏 I've downloaded some thanks for your reply even though I've had my mobile a month now. 😂
Share your wallpaper source man....
They are fantastic
And not one will get an update.....
Just buy the G82, it's cheaper and considerably better apart from these 256gb.
Was this the best price?
moto g73 5G 8+256GB Midnight Blue (Dual SIM) moto g73 5G
Delivery by 27/03/2024 1 un £127.49
I planned on buying the G84 when it was under £200 but I read several bad reviews and this one popped up at a bargain price so I went for it instead. Did I do the right thing?
I’ve got a Moto G 73 5G and I know what slim I need for it
Motorola g73 g vs Motorola edge 30 neo...which is better
G72 5g no ai or vr camera pixel bin or 2g ram boast in systems like 20 edge lights
Anyone have brightness issues? A few reviews say its not bright enough.
This or the g82?
Does this phone work on Pokémon go game app
Does it have a gyroscope?
The million dollar question that no end-user will confirm. lol.
@@ljredux is it difficult to check up it in antutu, for example?
In India .Moto release 128 gb variant
Ironically I work at a Premier Inn XD
Wouldn't mind my phones being the same
Moto gots the Bees Knees of so many phones
