He must've lost weight because he started to walk for the first time in his life. And not just to the fridge, you know, like most Americans do but also outside, like Russians do
Hi Anna, thank you and your guests for affording me another wonderful view of Russian life, its many benefits, its many attractions and its delightful environments. Additionally, kudos to your guests on their new life adventure together - they appear to be a lovely couple. Undoubtedly, you are prodding my long desire to visit Russia soon -:as I find it increasingly attractive and inviting too. Life must be expansionary - so we shall see where the near future finds me. And, believe it or not, you shall be among the first to know that I am planning on visiting too, finally. Walk good, take care and may life continue to be generous to you all in every respect.😊
Hi Anna loved the video made me hungry but its too late to eat now 🤣😂 I am from South Africa and блины is also a tradition in the winter or rainy day's for us . Most take away foods is not healthy is best to cook yourself you also know then what you are eating .
I think Russian cuisine is much more varied than American cuisine. When I go shopping in the USA, it is much more difficult to buy healthy food. American food contains more fat and more sugar. American food also uses a lot more white flour (wheat). In Russia, you find a lot more whole grain products. So I think it's much easier to eat healthy in Russia than in the USA.
@@annaglobaltravel Most diseases are mainly caused by what we eat. Unfortunately, the food industries do not think about the health of the people, but about profit: Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola, mainly due to the use of white sugar, which is bad for the health. And the Putin government could help improve the health of the Russian people by closing the genocidal alcohol and tobacco industries, legacies of the cursed communism. In short, God is omniscient, that is why he gave us Leviticus 11 so that we know what type of meat we should not eat. Best wishes to you and your family, and to the Russian people.
Funny... Sometimes he wants a burger even if not healthy. :) Sweet couple. Anna, do you know what kind of cooking oil is used in Russian Fast food places? Is it Canola seed oil or is it Tallow/lard/animal fat oil?

I don't know exactly what kind of oil is used in restaurants. You need to ask each restaurant specifically.
@@annaglobaltravel Yeah, that makes sense. Thank you. In america, they use GMO Canola oil. This is a big part of the problem I believe.
