You never realised how hard life was about to become the moment you graduated, you didn’t ask for it, either. But alas, you must endure this often very lonely existence. Because regardless of how you feel, or how much you feel your purpose here is non-existent; your younger and innocently unaware self will forgive you for still having the will to keep trying to figure out the answer to your emptiness.
I have yet to find the answer to my own. But that doesn’t mean I won’t. Our average life expectancy gives us that precious chance to keep trying. And until my time is up? I am going to fight myself out of this void, one way or the other.

This melody fills me with feelings, a little sad but I love it since the sound takes me to another place
And for some people who are depressed or were depressed this song took them into theire normal world. When i first heard this song i was in my prime depression and i first cried and then i heard it and i stopped. It was like taking me to the normal place i should be in right now and then just being normal again because there's nothing i can do about it. Depression isnt being sad all the time. Its just having no feelings at all or not being happy at all and also not having much humor anymore. And that can lead to sadness but its not the first feelings that comes. Or course it can take months to go away and sometimes even years like mine. I am not depressed anymore but i have like a afterthing of depression like when it goes away but still hurts a bit. But i changed forever

Today I graduated from highschool. I found this video a few days ago, and I felt it was the perfect one to just sit and listen to, while remembering the past all the way up to this point.
I remember being at my lowest point on January because I genuinely believed I wouldn't succeed. I wouldn't be able to party with friends without always knowing the fact that I never finished strong this year. But somehow I did. I gained enough courage to start asking for more help, even if I have my own issues with socializing.
Even if there was some alternative world where I failed, I'm sure I would be absolutely ashamed for not pushing hard enough. But truthfully, that doesn't mean my journey would end. No matter what, there's always another chance to try harder and succeed in what you previously failed on. Don't ever feel the need to give up. Learn from those mistakes and place your efforts harder the next time. To anyone who couldn't reach success the first time, wherever you are, I give my sincerest hopes to you.
