speaking of 'me and my broken heart', i usually play the female dancer on almost every m/f duo song. this is one of the rare songs where i usually play the male dancer, bc i used to like how he's dancing and playing with his suspenders XD
One iconic map for me was Good Feeling from Just Dance 4. I remember seeing the trailer for the game and hearing the song on the Wii's Nintendo Channel, so when we rented the Wii game from Redbox, that was the first song I played, and when I replay the game after owning it on Xbox 360, I would certainly play the dance more, even if the Extreme is probably better.
my favorite maps during my time playing just dance for the most part are the songs involving hatsune miku lol. i was a huge fan of vocaloid at that time and having even just 3 songs on 3 different installments (2014, 2017 and 2018) really got me going to playing this game so much until today :D
one my earliest memories of just dance was me dancing to Roar on youtube cause i didn't have the game or the console. I remember that song being the catalyst of me being a just dance enthusiast.
Not sure if it's intentional or not but my childhood JD song was Maniac in JD2 (before STRAY KIDS made it cool). My dad recorded me doing what i assume is the whole dance etc. It's even in his channel under the name "thomas is a maniac" or whatever it's named
#thatpower & ghostbusters some of my earliest memories bc I used to dance to those in school lol Edit: even though these spin-offs I feel like I should mention gummy bear, despicable me, & rotten to the core 😭
For me, every single song from JD1-2014 and JD2021 are iconic to me.

not including "where have you been" and "she wolf" in this video is a crime. The most iconic maps I've ever seen!
Same here tbh

Even the good feeling choreo is iconic, like the move where the coach is spinning his right arm while pushing his body back and forth
